 Brian and Estle helped us with a fast turn on a non-standard estate sale when the closing on our home came sooner than we thought. They were awesome to work with! Very fast to respond to questions and always on time. The staging they did for our sale looked great. We were very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them to anyone needing an estate sale!

 Southfork Estate Sales was very helpful with the organization, pricing and selling of many items from my sister's estate. The items included things from multiple generations, so there was a lot to figure out. I thought I had gone through everything and when I would visit during the preparation time, I would see items I had not seen. They were always able to tell me where they found it!  Knowing that, of course they found items that they thought were personal items, and they were!  We had a cabinet to put not for sale items and they also filled the bathtub with boxes of those sort of items. The house was always well taken care of, and it was nice to know there were people there that I trusted. They were able to get a lot of people to the sale, even most books sold!  I was amazed at the amount of traffic they had there for 3 1/2 days!  I would highly recommend Brian and his staff to manage any estate sale.

 We had lost a family member, which left us with a 3500 sf home that was more like a Museum.  We found Southfork Estate Sales, talked to Brian to get some idea of what to expect.  He met with us, explained the process and we got started.  He provided plenty of help, worked out the pricing, sorting and tagging of hundreds of items.  It was done in a very short time and we made more than we thought we would.

Brian and his team recently organized an estate sale for me at my late mom's home. It was a relatively small sale but you wouldn't have known it by the amount of time Brian devoted  to it. I was kept informed and everything went smoothly. Brian packed up everything that didn't sell and arranged for a charity to pick up the items. I would definitely use them again.
